What I Discovered While Trying Upper Arm Exercises

exerciseWhat have I discovered from doing my upper arm exercises? Well first of all a lot of the exercises in the course I have found the best to follow, are not even for upper arms, they are for many other areas.

Now I have to confess that bingo wings and flabby underarms were not my only problem, I did have several other wobbly bits that I had tried to ignore, reasonably successfully too. But the arms thing was depressing me, it made me feel old and I couldn’t wear all my nice stuff, cardigans began to breed in my cupboards.

So I began to do some work on them and hey presto, fairly quickly I began to see some results. Happily I was not really too overweight so it was mainly a toning up exercise rather than trying to lose a lot of extra fat in there.

Well the funny thing was, that my coach kept sending me exercises that seemed to have nothing to do with my arms, like squats, lunges, half press ups and the like. I didn’t really want to do them but felt committed by then so I did some of them, some of the time.

Well well, what a surprise was coming my way. Not only did my progress with The Big Arm Problem seem to speed up, but other things had started to happen too. My stomach was, say it quietly, flabby too, I certainly wanted to have a flat stomach like all the stars and even like some of my friends, but putting in the effort? No thanks.

So what changed? Well I was so focused on my flabby arms and determined that they should go, that if coach said do this, then that – I just did.

Great benefits are now mine, a flat stomach or as flat as I think it is going to go at my age, tighter thighs and a visible reduction in my cellulite. What a thrill, I would never have plucked up the grit toactually tackle these things but being so concentrating on my upper arm flab, I just did what I was told and now not only are my upper arms a thrill to see, but other bits are miles better too.

Hope your bits and pieces will do the same, weight loss is said to happen too as using these large muscle blocks seems to tighten, tone and increase metabolism if you do them right. So good luck with your arms but I hope you will gain the other benefits just like I did.
