What I Discovered While Trying Upper Arm Exercises
What have I discovered from doing my upper arm exercises? Well first of all a lot of the exercises in the course I have found the best to follow, are not even for upper arms, they are for many other areas.
Now I have to confess that bingo wings and flabby underarms were not my only problem, I did have several other wobbly bits that I had tried to ignore, reasonably successfully too. But the arms thing was depressing me, it made me feel old and I couldn’t wear all my nice stuff, cardigans began to breed in my cupboards.
