Beautiful skin radiates a glow that seems to say to those around you: “I’m healthy and happy”. When you take care of your skin, it will reward you by staying younger looking for longer. So, how can you have younger skin? Forget cosmetic surgery! Here’s how:
1. Exercise. Over time your skin stretches and sags. Regular exercise doesn’t just help muscle definition, but it also helps to keep your skin healthy as well. 4. Drink plenty of water. Skin is an organ and organs need lots of water. This is an easy way to ensure proper hydration, and it will make you feel great on the inside, too.
5. Cleaning. Of course you wash with soap and water but make sure you’re using good soap that will contribute to exfoliation as well. Add periodic deep cleanses and detoxification into your routine to keep your skin free from pollutants that the environment or your diet might have added.
6. Eat a balanced meal. We think of balanced meals as helping the inside of our bodies but they can also help our skin as well. A combination of meats and vegetables – lots of vegetables – helps to return a healthy glow to our skin that might have disappeared because of nutrient deficiency.
